Utilizing a membership, travel to vacation club destinations with aquired points. Points are exchangable at a variety of locations designated by your vacation club membership. Vacation club memberships are a flexible alternative to owning a single property.

Since timeshares are often owned by multiple parties, availability is designated into weeks or seasons. In addition to a specific week of availability, you may have the option of a floating or fixed week.

Sleeps
While amount of bedrooms and bathrooms are listed on each property, we also provide the option of displaying how many occupants are accomodatable. For example, a specific timeshare may be a 2 bedroom 2 bath but can sleep 5.

Check-In Days
Typically weekends, check-in days are shown to allow potential buyers and renters the opportunity to plan ahead.

Unit Type
Some timeshares are segmented into various areas, designated to particular occupants. Think of a duplex- there are two rooms adjacent to each other. A lockout property is a larger property segmented into various areas, allowing for multiple parties to stay at the same time.

Usage Type
When becoming a timeshare owner, you're given a specific usage type. Based on a year these range from annual, even, odd, and tri-annual.
Unit Amenities
From luxurious resort to secluded cottage, properties have a wide range of features- or unit amenities.On-Site Amenities
Specific to a given property, on-site amenities are things like beach access and mountain views available on-site.Exchange Trade your interval week at a resort for an interval week at the same or another resort. This is made easy with some resorts who are owned by a parent company who may own several resorts.Fixed Week Rest assured that your property is available at a given date with a fixed week arrangement. Fixed weeks allow you to plan ahead and organize your vacation around the same week each year.Floating Week Seperating a year into seasons, floating weeks fall in a given season. Ad Expiration
Your listing on Simply Timeshare will remain on our site for 90 days, or until you remove it. We encourage users to renew advertisements at no cost once their 90 days are up. Ads expire to ensure active timeshare properties are available to visitors.

Featured listings are assigned by the administrator. Ads that are featured will be showcasedin both your designated category and additionally in our featured listing for 10 days. To have your timeshare classified featured at Simply Timeshare, contact our administrator.
