• How much does it cost to register an account?
  Unlike other timeshare advertertising sites, Simply Timeshare requires you to pay no upfront, membership or closing cost fees. Once you register you are able to post your timeshare with pictures and details and be included in our search results.
• What do I do after registering?
  Once you have completed our account application you will be emailed an activation link to confirm your email. After clicking this link your account will be active.
• Why does Simply Timeshare let users post ads free?
  We believe that people should be able to connect to each other without strings. While we protect your privacy with user accounts, we are building a community. With cutting-edge technology we provide you the tools to buy, sell or rent timeshares to the benefit of those who are unable to take advantage of paid listings.
• How can I view a property in a specific zip code or city?
  To view an area-specific property locate the Detailed Search at the top right of each page. When logged in, you will be able to search by features like city, state, zip code and more.
