  To optimize the results of your timeshare listing on Simply Timeshare, ensure that you have correctly describe your property. Keep your description short and informative, while filling in each box you are able to. Also, ads that include all three picture slots will give a better idea of your property to potential buyers or renters. Before posting, ensure your account has a current e-mail address to contact you.
• How do I add pictures?
  When submitting your ad, locate one of the three 'Picture' fields. When selecting one of these, you will be shown a box to locate a picture on your computer to upload. It is not necessary for you to resize your picture, as our system will automatically generate a thumbnail for you.
• Why is some information mandatory?
  In order to allow visitors to get the best out of Simply Timeshare, we have set up sorting to make finding the right property easier. When submitting a timeshare property classified, be sure to fill in appropriate fields.

  Mandatory information for posting your ad is a title, the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the city, state and zip code of your property.
